Color photocopies of 500 thumbnail images are sent via U.S. mail to a program volunteer. He or she would ask participants to select 12 illustrations, put the illustrations in a new order and write an original storyline--each illustration should have two or three sentences to describe what is happening. Including a title for the story would be optional.
The volunteer would send the stories and a listing of the illustrations (identified by their numbers) to Samuel Brown [cheshbrownsr@gmail.com] or via U.S. mail to: 219 Argyle Road, Cheshire, CT 06410. He would create pdf documents that contain the illustrations and accompanying text, print them and send them back via U.S. mail so that participants may receive the finished products.
